Do your rackets come pre-strung?
Most performance rackets are sold unstrung to allow for customization, but we offer a professional stringing service. Recreational rackets typically come factory-strung and ready for play.
What is your return policy for tennis shoes?
You can return tennis shoes within 30 days of purchase, provided they are in brand-new condition and have not been worn on a court. Original packaging must be intact.
How long does shipping take for domestic orders?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. If you opt for our express service and order before 2 PM, your gear will usually arrive within 1-2 business days.
Can I request a specific string tension for my new racket?
Absolutely. During the checkout process, you can select your preferred string type and tension. If you are unsure, our experts recommend a mid-range tension of 53-55 lbs.
