At All Things Tennis, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your gear. If your new racket or apparel isn't the perfect match, you can return or exchange any unused items within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account or use our guest portal to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Gear

  Place the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and racket plastic wrap is intact, then securely seal the box.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location; be sure to keep your tracking receipt.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our sports specialists verify the condition of your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange item within 3-5 business days.
